Styrofoam, Airpop, and co. actually save more energy than what was used to produce them. “Demand for PUR, PIR, and EPS insulation materials is currently growing in particular,” reports Oliver Kutsch, Managing Director of Ceresana: “Sales of insulation products such as panels or spray foam are recovering again, albeit with significant regional differences.”
